Young Entrepreneurs of HTX

On Friday June 23, 2017 Whitney Allen presented her first Young Entrepreneurs of HTX networking event launching the Whitney Talks foundation.

Whitney Talks was founded in January 2016 Whitneytalks.com is an entertainment based website offering an inside scoop of music, fashion and art. Whitney Talks TV presents exclusive interviews from influential artist, designers and entrepreneurs.

Young Entrepreneurs of HTX was a night filled with Houston’s finest in blogging, business and entertainment. The event was filled with great vendors, tons of networking and delicious hors d’oeuvres catered by Ann’s Kitchen. There was a wide variety of vendors all produced by young entrepreneurs, vendors included: the Love Black Women Campaign created by Randy Junior, online clothing boutique Pink Kaviar based in Houston, Café Rian Cajun café located in Atascosita, TX  DMI- Duncan mortuary Inc., the Amati brand, Dappondia clothing brand and Mary Kay representative Faye Allen.

Dj Leo provided sounds and entertainment and a special performance from Houston’s upcoming hip hop group Slight Team. As the night carried on we heard encouraging words from Nick Jones of the Pink Wings 360 Foundation followed by  the launch of the Whitney Talks foundation in support of the MD Anderson cancer center.

The night was absolutely phenomenal and filled with great minds and inspirational people. It was a pleasure to see so many young entrepreneurs striving and making moves.
